Pinckney District will host its 2009 Merit Badge College on February, 7 and 21 at the Boiling Springs Community Center on Old Furnace Road in Boiling Springs. Classes will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm on both Saturdays. Cost is $2 per merit badge to cover basic costs. Scouts from across the council are welcomed--with your Scoutmasters approval.
Scouts should go to www.pinckneydistrict.org or click on the Pinckney link on the council website at www.palmetto-bsa.com to sign up online and choose the merit badges they want to take—--as soon as possible.
Scouts and Scouters should bring thier own lunch on February 7; lunch will be provided on the final Saturday February 21.
Final schedule rotations will be provided to all signed up via email or at check-in.
Pinckney Scoutmasters> please make sure your Scouts know to sign up online; you may also collect sign up information and input on the web form for any Scouts who cannot get access to the website. Each Troop should have at least one adult in attendance for the full session on both Saturdays to assist with check-in, security & monitoring.
